What this covers

This policy covers the digital products sold on this site by Thota Bala Bhaskar Sai, including Daily Driver OS.

What you buy

Our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, we email you the download link within minutes. Nothing is shipped.

All sales are final

Because the product is delivered to you right away and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not give refunds once a payment is complete, except where the law requires a refund.

Before you buy, you can watch the installation video on the product page to see exactly what you get. If you have a question, email us first at [email protected].

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled after payment, because the download is sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If something goes wrong with your order

• If you paid but the download email has not arrived, check your spam and promotions folders, then write to us. We will resend it.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order, or we cannot deliver the product you paid for, we refund that payment to the payment method you used.

Refunds are started within 2 working days of us confirming the problem. Your bank or card provider decides how long the money then takes to show in your account.
